Submission of Calendar Information
Calendar information should be submitted no later than the 5th of the prior month for inclusion in our Calendar of Events. All such information should be e-mailed to Alice Ross at alice@elanmagazine.com, or mailed to 1144F Walker Road, Great Falls, VA 22066.

Submission of Artwork
To have related artwork submitted with calendar information, e-mail digital files to Art Director Jean Davis at jean@elanmagazine.com. Slides or good quality prints should be mailed to Jean at 1144F Walker Road, Great Falls, VA 22066. Digital images should be 300 dpi in resolution, in either jpeg or tiff format, and approximately 5” wide or greater. Each image should include an identifying caption.
